**Your Role**:
**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE UX DEVELOPMENT, CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT & USABILITY ENGINEERING.**
As a Senior UX Designer (M/F/d), you will lead a user-centered design process, defining interaction models, user task flows and UI specifications to create valuable solutions for diverse needs, working end-to-end to ship great products. With us you will be a part of our collaborative and agile team working hands-on with Researchers, Visual UI Designers, Product Managers, Software Engineers and Data Consultants on business critical projects to create the next generation of insurance experiences.

**Your profile**:
**YOUR EXPERIENCE IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with natural ability to articulate and defend design decisions
- Attention to detail
- Ability to excite and engage those around you to bring about the best outcomes
- Experience leading the creation of digital products and platforms
- A portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions across a breadth of business verticals
- 5+ years of experience doing what you do
- Fluent in German, good knowledge of English
