Du möchtest Einblicke in die täglichen Abläufe eines wachsenden Start-ups gewinnen und liebst es, wenn alles reibungslos läuft?

Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig Wir suchen ab sofort eine:n Werkstudent:in (m/w/d) im Operations-Team, der:die uns dabei unterstützt, unsere internen Prozesse, Lieferketten und Abläufe weiterzuentwickeln und zu optimieren.

**Deine Mission**:

- Du unterstützt unser Operations-Team im Tagesgeschäft und bekommst spannende Einblicke in die Bereiche Supply Chain, Logistik und Fulfillment.
- Dabei hilfst du bei der Bestandsplanung (Replenishment) und arbeitest eng mit unseren externen Partnern entlang der Lieferkette zusammen.
- Du stimmst dich regelmäßig mit anderen Teams wie Marketing, Product oder Finance ab, um reibungslose Abläufe zu gewährleisten.
- Du übernimmst Aufgaben im Fulfillment-Bereich, z. B. die Kommunikation mit Versanddienstleistern und Logistikpartnern.
- Außerdem unterstützt du bei der Koordination von Produktionsprozessen - von der Planung bis zur Auslieferung an unsere Kund:innen.

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Erste Erfahrungen oder Praktika im Bereich Operations, Logistik oder Supply Chain Management sind von Vorteil.
- Du befindest dich im fortgeschrittenen Studium oder hast bereits deinen Bachelor abgeschlossen - idealerweise in BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Logistik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert - auch wenn’s mal hektisch wird.
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel / Google Sheets ist ein Plus.
- Du bringst ein echtes Startup-Mindset mit - Hands-on, motiviert und offen für neue Herausforderungen.
- Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch fließend und fühlst dich in einem internationalen Umfeld wohl.
