**Job Summary**:
The System Architect interfaces with multiple stakeholders to understand requirements, domain, viable technologies, and development activities of electronic components / modules and systems for asset management industrial IoT devices. The responsibility includes overall service such as cloud service infrastructure, devices, deployments, features. Provided Service KPIs, Service and model first line of support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Leads system/product requirements specifications, solution definition, technical feasibility analysis, and architecture specification. (HW, SW, derived system test specifications)
- Provides technical guidance for system design and integration engineering activities. Ensures conceptual integrity of system design for Industrial IoT needs
- Develops architecture verification criteria, defines interfaces of the architecture and verifies the system architectural design
- Requirements decomposition planning and reporting (KPI generation)
- Internal and external contact for mechanical integration, hardware development, software development, cloud, product assurance, project management and the end customer himself
**Job Requirements**:
- Academic background in electrical engineering, physics, mechatronics or similar
- Several years of experience as a systems engineer, architect or developer, ideally in the IoT or similar efficient low power embedded systems
- Track records of writing good requirements that can be successfully implemented
- Very good English. German is a plus.
