As a Project Management Coordinator - PMC, you'll be at the heart of the action, supporting Project Managers and teams in planning, executing, and closing out complex projects.

**That’s what it’s about**:

- Get hands-on with cutting-edge project tools (Confluence, Miro, Trello, Jira, SharePoint) in a templated manner.
- Master the art of meeting lifecycle management, from prep to follow-ups.
- Make a mark on project documentation, ensuring error-free plans, meeting minutes, and status reports.
- Collaborate with the team, helping to develop project plans, budgets, and timelines for Cloud Adoption projects.
- Keep things on track by tracking project progress and updating schedules and plans continuously.
- Celebrate project successes by coordinating the closeout process and conducting project retrospectives.

**This is you**:

- A passionate team player with a keen eye for detail and flawless communication skills.
- Writing wizards with an obsession for error-free documentation and engaging presentations.
- Teamwork champions with a selfless attitude to support the project team.
- You'll bring experience in project management or a similar role (e.g., project assistance, PMO) (optional).
- You've got a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Confluence, Jira, Trello) and O365 (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in German and English.
- And with an appetite for a thrilling tech journey.
