**About Us**

Bitcoin Merch is a global ecommerce brand specializing in **home Bitcoin mining devices, accessories, and crypto-inspired products**. We’re expanding into Europe with a new operational base in Germany and are looking for a motivated, reliable individual to become our **first EU operations associate**.

This position starts as a **customer support and sales role** and then evolves into **inventory handling, shipping, and fulfillment** after a successful trial period.

**What You’ll Do Phase 1 — First 3 Months (Customer Support & Sales Only)**
- Assist customers with orders, returns, and memberships.
- Guide customers on Bitcoin mining devices and accessories.
- Work inside Shopify to manage orders and provide support.

**Phase 2 — After 3-Month Trial (Hybrid: Support + Fulfillment)**
- Receive pallets/shipments of inventory and organize storage in your home/garage (or warehouse if available).
- Pack and ship orders daily using DHL/DPD/UPS.
- Maintain accurate inventory inside Shopify.
- Use a camera (provided by the company) for remote visibility of inventory (on during work hours, or 24/7 if acceptable).
- Continue handling customer service and sales responsibilities.

**Additional Opportunities**
- Bonus if you can operate a **3D printer (Bambu Lab preferred)** for small-scale production.
- Support the team with promotions, giveaways, and product launches.

**Requirements**:
Based in **Frankfurt area (or nearby)**.Must have a **house, garage, or private warehouse space** suitable for storage and fulfillment.Fluent in **German and English** (bilingual is mandatory).Comfortable with **Shopify, ecommerce, and customer support tools**.Able to handle **customer calls** in a professional manner.Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.Flexible schedule**:8 hrs/day in busy winter season**, **2-4 hrs/day in slower summer season**.Must provide a **resume (CV)** to apply.

**Compensation**
- **€20/hour (~$24 USD/hour)**.
- ~**€30,000/year**, based on ~30 hrs/week (average 6 hrs/day).
- Paid bi-weekly**:€1,000-€1,500 every 2 weeks**.
- Flexible hours:

- ~6 hrs/day average.
- Winter/holiday: up to 8 hrs/day.
- Summer/slow season: 2-4 hrs/day.
