What You Will Do
- Project Manager System Validation for VW/BMW Programs with focus on test automation of Headunit / Telematic systems
- Steering and coordination of all system validation work packages during all project phases
- Functional management of employees in international teams as well as regular project meetings, reporting and risk management
- Monitoring of work progress in terms of effort, quality, content and timeline
- Evaluation, analysis and documentation of qualification results for SW Project Management, Program Management and the customer
- Creating testing plans and overall test concepts incl. test methods
- Set up test automation strategy and monitor/report results of test automation execution
- Implementing and ensuring compliance with Automotive SPICE requirements
- Participating in internal team meetings and external consultations with the customer

What You Need
- University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field of study
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of Automotive software / system validation
- First leadership experience
- Experience in error management, error tracking and team management
- Profound experience in system test methods, processes, and tools
- Profound experience in automation techniques and used automation tools at HARMAN
- Experience with OEM customers and cooperation with suppliers
- Knowledge of process-oriented software development
- Analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Self-reliant work methods and strong team worker
- Valid driving license class B
- Business fluent in German and English
