**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** |**About the role**

Are you passionate about recruitment and eager to gain hands-on experience in an international and dynamic environment? As our **Talent Acquisition Intern for the DACH region**, you will support the full talent acquisition lifecycle, working closely with our regional TA team and hiring managers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This is a great opportunity to learn, grow, and make a real impact from day one.

**This role will report to the Talent Acquisition Partner DACH and the Global Talent Acquisition Director.**

As the **Intern Talent Acquisition DACH**, you will:

- Support the posting of job adverts across relevant channels and platforms
- Assist in screening CVs and identifying strong profiles in line with role requirements
- Help maintain data accuracy in our ATS and internal systems
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and university outreach
- Support reporting and analytics related to recruiting KPIs and pipeline status

**QUALIFICATIONS** AND EXPERIENCE** |**About you**

**The ideal Intern Talent Acquisition DACH**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- First internship or student job experience in HR or recruitment is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and eager to learn in a collaborative, international team
- Excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset
