Hungarian Social Media Content Moderator

As a Hungarian Social Media Content Moderator (M/F/d), you will play a crucial role in ensuring respectful and secure online interactions. **Your Responsibilities**
- Evaluate user-generated reports that flag offensive or disturbing content based on our client’s policies and guidelines
- Review, block, and remove content that violates community standards
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality in all moderation tasks
- Help reduce hate, racism, bullying, cybercrime, and misinformation online

**Your Profile**
- Excellent Hungarian and English language skills (no German required)
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Germany
- A clean, blank certificate of good conduct (required before starting)
- Strong awareness of cultural, political, and social trends in Hungary
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (24/7)

**Relocation Support**:
**Compensation**:

- €2,668.50 gross monthly salary (40h/week)
- €150 monthly individual performance bonus
- 40% shift bonus for Sundays and public holidays
- 50% shift bonus for night shifts (10 pm-6:30 am)

(_All amounts gross; pro-rated for part-time roles_)
