Global Process Expert SCM (M/F/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- Own and further develop the relevant order-to-deliver processes. Focus: Logistics & Sourcing- Coordinate process improvements along our global supply chain and with multiple sites- Recognize action fields based on studies and evaluations. Use results to recommend and implement change and optimization initiatives.- Documentation of all relevant processes- Provide global process support and trainings for key users on the above-mentioned content- Evaluate and prioritize business requirements (demand mgmt) and translate into tasks/projects- Manage cross-functional projects within Global Operations, related to the methods, systems & setup needed to improve process performance- Team up with all relevant functions and sites within Global operations to reach above- One-stop contact for all other functions for above mentioned relevant processes
Your Profile:
- University Degree in Engineering, Economics, IT or adjacent (preferably MSc. or equivalent)- Few years of experience in min. one area: Planning, Production, Purchasing or Logistics- Solid project and process management skills- High flexibility & ability to quickly adapt to new situations- Very good exercise with SAP PP/MM and MS/Office & high IT-affinity in general- Fluent in English and excellent communication skills in general- Analytical skills combined with structured and conceptual way of working- Experience in working in international teams incl. some travel activity
