Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Managing provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, integration of cloud services and maintenance of automation platforms** **and related infrastructure for Roboyo’s clients including architecture blueprints, server configurations, and storage solutions for the Blue Prism platform.
- Evaluate and recommend automation platforms, tools, and technologies based on business needs and technical feasibility.
- Design and implement high-availability and disaster recovery strategies for automation platforms (esp. Blueprism).
- Collaborate with client IT operations to integrate automation infrastructure with existing IT systems and processes.
- Perform maturity assessments of existing automation platforms and formulate recommended actions.
- Establish platform governance and operation model to ensure that automation can scale efficiently with relevant industry regulations and standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA.
- Automate & integrate infrastructure provisioning, management tasks, orchestration platforms to streamline workflows using tools like PowerShell scripting, Terraform, Ansible, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful automation implementations.
- Planning and leadership for the Roboyo teams
- Support in pre-sales regarding automation platform infrastructure.
- Contribute to infrastructure related methodology and expanding knowledge database.

**Requirements**:

- Completed education in the IT sector, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration or have comparable relevant practical experience.
- Blueprism Infrastructure know how, is a must.
- Strong understanding of Blueprism concepts, technologies, architecture and best practices.
- Expertise in infrastructure design and implementation, including cloud concepts, server, network, and storage technologies.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell) and infrastructure deployment automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with security best practices and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Curiosity and motivation to get to know new systems and to develop solution approaches.
- Fluent communication skills in **German and English**
- Social competence for strong customer relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certification in automation technologies (e.g., Blue Prism). Having UiPath or Automation Anywhere is appreciated
- Knowledgeable on infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
- Experience with data management and analytics tools (ELK-Stack, Power-Bi, Azure Log Analytics)
