**What you'll do**
As a student (f/m) you are fully integrated in the day-to-day business and you will contribute actively to current projects and support the Marketing & Travel Procurement Team in its daily business with the following tasks/responsibilities:
- Support procurement projects, negotiations and documentation
- Communicate with vendors and internal customers locally and globally
- Support on Powerpoint presentations and Sharepoint
- Support on vendor reporting and monitoring.
- Organize and prepare internal meetings and conference calls
**What you bring**
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German are a must
- Ability to think analytically
- Good communication skills
- Strong quality and customer focus
- Comfortable to work self-dependently
- Ability to work in a virtual team

SAP Global Procurement Organization (GPO) combines all SAP procurement units. We significantly improve SAP's performance by leveraging our overall purchasing power and realizing sustainable savings by executing globally streamlined category strategies.
The GPO Category Procurement Marketing&Travel is a global, virtual team responsible for the procurement of Marketing Services (Advertising & Brand, Media Direct and Digital Marketing, Communications, Sponsorships, Market Research, Events, and Merchandising).
