**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Als Assistent/in für unseren 10-köpfigen Gesamtbetriebsrat sind Sie der zentrale Ansprechpartner
- Sie sind zuständig für die Kommunikation mit Betriebsräten und Kollegen aus der Organisation; Sie erledigen alle, vor allem digitalen, Sekretariats-, Büro
- und Organisationsaufgaben
- Sie bereiten digitale und persönliche Meetings und Versammlungen vor und nach und kümmern sich weitgehend um die Planung und Organisation
- Sie führen Sitzungsprotokolle und dokumentieren Anwesenheiten
- Sie unterstützen und vertreten die Assistenz des Erlanger Betriebsrates sowie der Allgemeinen Schwerbehindertenvertretung
- Sie koordinieren das Beschaffungswesen für benötigte Hard
- und Software; Sie arbeiten eng mit den Vorsitzenden zusammen und unterstützen alle Gremien bei administrativen Aufgaben
- Sie unterstützen den Gesamtbetriebsrat in der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und bei der Pflege des Intranetauftritts

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau für Bürokommunikation. (oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, z. B. Rechtsanwalts
- oder Notarfachangestellte (m/w/d))
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Sie haben ein Händchen für das Protokollieren von Sitzungen und Besprechungen
- Sie sind ein Organisationstalent und arbeiten mit Engagement, Sorgfalt und Zuverlässigkeit; Sie haben Spaß an Teamarbeit, sind offen für Neues, kommunikativ und können gut mit Menschen umgehen
- Der diskrete Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten ist für Sie eine Selbstverständlichkeit
- Sie reisen gerne zu Terminen innerhalb Deutschlands (ca. 8 mal pro Jahr); Erfahrungen im Bereich des Betriebsverfassungsrechts oder Arbeitsrechts erleichtern Ihnen den Einstieg, sind aber kein Muss; Erfahrungen mit digitalen Ticketsystemen (z.B. Jira) und Intranetsystemen (z.B. Confluence) sind von Vorteil
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
