The position:
As the Security Administrator, you are responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the Global D365 platform (ERP and CRM). Your role includes interacting with both Microsoft Dynamics IT support staff and business users.

What you will be doing:
- Manage and maintain user permissions, security roles and security teams- Design, develop, test and monitor plans for D365 security implementation-
- Develop, maintain, and enforce security policies and procedures aligned with best practices for segregation of duties and lead other process improvement initiatives-
- Management and review of security logs and table permissions framework- Participate in IT and cross-functional meetings to support staff and various team members with inquiries- Stay abreast of industry best practices and recommend solutions to enhance organizational efficiency

What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Science, Technology, or related field- 3 years of experience as a system and/or security administrator in AX/D365 with multiple ERP implementations- Experience working with the Microsoft Dynamics to manage user provisioning and identify segregation of duties and sensitive access violations- Understanding of Active directory including global security groups, local security, policies- In depth understanding of ERP security including configuration, transaction codes, authorizations, organization levels, CDS- Experience with at least one Platform security areas: SQL, SSRS, SSAS, SharePoint, PowerBI- Experience collaborating with auditors to demonstrate compliance with internal and external standards- Ability to manage escalations with all involved parties- Ability to communicate technical aspects to non-technical shareholders- A professional attitude in all communications with customers and team members- Fluent English, spoken and written is essential. Knowledge of German, French or Italian is an asset
