For our Heinemann Duty Free Shops at Berlin Brandenburg Airport we are looking for**Head of Category Management & Logistics (M/F/d)**

Your new job includes
- As Head of Category Management & Logistics, you will be responsible for market-specific strategic product range design and action planning and increasing the efficiency of the sales areas. In your position, you will lead your team and be responsible for the optimal presentation of goods on the sales floor and act as a point of contact for our suppliers. Your tasks include:
- You will lead the Category Management, Assortment Coordination and Logistics teams in disciplinary and technical terms
- You will develop and implement a location-specific assortment strategy
- You analyse the assortment components and economic key figures and initiate measures to improve the results
- You negotiate with local suppliers and are the first point of contact for suppliers and brand representatives
- You implement brand ambassadors and beauty consultants who can represent our brands and advise customers
- You plan promotional and sales campaigns to increase sales
- You work constructively with local managers as well as the central warehouse and head office
- You promote a trusting and respectful team culture, value performance and celebrate successes

What you should bring along
- Ideally a degree in economics or relevant experience in a comparable position
- Several years of experience in category management and logistics
- Strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial thinking, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Ability to act as a role model, team player and coach so that your team can achieve its goals and make decisions independently in its area of responsibility
- a demeanour that remains confident under pressure and a good overview of process management to guarantee the performance of the shops at all times
