We are now ready to scale up our product operations and expand our presence across borders and are looking for a Immigration and Relocation Specialist to join us on our mission.

**Your role**:
In this unique role you'll be supporting HR teams at start-ups, scale-ups and large international companies with the relocation and immigration of their international talent. You’ll work closely with everyone on our client success and immigration teams to deliver a world class customer experience.

Maintaining regular communication with clients to keep them informed about the status and next steps will be crucial. You will also be expected to offer expert advice and guidance on immigration matters, address client queries, ensure a thorough understanding of the issues involved, and effectively resolve any concerns that arise.

**What you will be doing**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR teams of our clients, and their employees;
- Proactively manage the end-to-end visa & immigration process for our clients;
- Manage expectations of clients, liaison with the Immigration Authorities and provide effective issue resolution;
- Schedule and coordinate required appointments;
- Coordinate requests on housing, removal company and pet relocation quotes;
- Pro-actively connect our clients with their new city and help them feel at home;
- Work closely with the Ops & Dev teams to improve the employee experience and our platform;
- Help create informative and fun to read content for our platform;
- Support with (virtual) events and community management activities;
- As we are a small yet rapidly growing start-up you will furthermore be able to get involved in all other aspects of growing a business, so no need to worry you’ll ever get bored.

**The biggest challenge in this role? **We are bootstrapped, value driven and ambitious. So we have to be lean and creative in everything we do. We want to grow fast and scale across multiple countries whilst maintaining a top notch client experience of 9 out of 10. Are you up for the challenge?

**What you bring to this role**:

- Proven Germany business immigration expert with excellent experience across the German visa & immigration system;
- Previous experience at a Big4 or in a scale-up environment;
- Self starter with a can-do mindset;
- Ability to work independently without supervision;
- Team player with a positive mindset who gets things done;
- An organised mind, a social brain and a natural instinct for great customer service;
- Excellent communication in English and German (near-native);
- You easily connect with new people, you are professional, effective and empathetic;
- Ability to build relationships quickly with people from all different nationalities;
- Proactive, and you enjoy multitasking and managing a full workload of diverse tasks;
- Tech savvy, process driven and eager to solve problems.

**Preferable (not a must)**
- Personal experience of living and/or working overseas;
- Experience with Global immigration and relocations;
- Experience working for international Tech/Start-up clients;
