**Project Management - Configuration Management for A350 (d/f/m) **Ref. 10161962***: **your responsibilities**: The Jobholder (d/f/m) will work as "Cabin Customization Project Manager" for the A350 Program. As part of the Cabin & Cargo German Configuration Management Team the jobholder will support improvement project streams (e.g. Lean-PLM, T2M - time to market) and lead operational projects in the Cabine & Cargo and German System perimeter on RFC study activities.as well as extend enterprise change management for the A350 program**: - Ensuring project deliverable in TCQ and within customer needs as per internal and external rules and regulations - Definition, setup and support of a project team/-organisation incl all relevant stakeholders during all project phases - Active risk and opportunity management to achieve project objectives - Beeing responsible for the technical and/or industrial integration investigation in the customisation process - Ensuring industrial investigation in case of late changes (MOD validation, MOD devalidation, finding,) - Synchronization with German A350 Configuration Management STD team on critical/late CRs for dedicated HoVs - Monitoring the implementation phase in the customisation process. - In case of OSW, beeing responsible to investigate the OSW impact as well as ensuring implementation follow up - Participation in transnational RFC Screening, Study Review Meeting, RFC Control Board (RCB) - Interfacing with Change Process teams, Fleet Management, Contracts, FCO, Procurement, Engineering,Partners, Supply Chain, Plants, FAL, Customer Line, Certification, Quality, and Aftersales **personal requirements**: - High-tuned communication, presentation & influencing skills towards all management levels - internally and externally - Team player with multi-cultural awareness - Autonomous, pro-active spirit, pragmatic mindset with strong problem solving skills **professional training/studies**: - Project management at least Bachelor's degree or - Business administration at least a bachelor's degree **work experience**: - Project management for at least 3 years **IT**: - Knowledge of Google Suite would be an advantage **further knowledges**: - Risk management an advantage - Configuration management is an advantage - Change management an advantage - Process management an advantage **languages**: - German at least business fluent - Englisch at least business fluent **our offer**: - Conditions according to Equal Pay (IG-Metall Tariff) - Flexible working hours through a personal flextime account - Continuous personal support from your contact person - employer-funded pension - Bonus payments by employees recruit employees **Are you interested in our company and the benefits we offer?
