**About the Role**:
As the Head of Operations - Germany, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations in Germany. Your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth running of all kitchen operations across all locations. While being accountable for achieving operational goals, managing budgets, and ensuring that all staff and tech are functioning for scale, you will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that will support our overall growth and success.

**Your Daily Business**:

- Manage and oversee all kitchen operations processes for existing markets and expansion in Germany.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with our growth objectives.
- Develop and manage budgets for all kitchen operations, ensuring that expenses are within budget and revenue targets are met.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality and service across all locations.
- Build and manage a high-performing team of City Managers in Germany to ensure that all kitchen operations are running efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and analyse key metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Work closely with the management team to identify and implement process improvements that will enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments like procurement, marketing, People, and customer service, to ensure that all departments are aligned and working towards common goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety, food safety, and labor laws.

**Base Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in operations management and leadership in the delivery or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of managing and leading teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for food

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in German and English.
