Head of Human Resources **Your tasks** - Development of a holistic HR strategy in line with AllDent's growth goals - Implementation of the HR strategy with a focus on employer branding, recruiting, employee retention and development of employees and managers - Positioning of AllDent as "Employer of Choice" within the dental industry - Initiation, implementation and optimization of HR processes along the employee life cycle - Digitization of HR processes - Ensuring a sustainable talent pipeline for the relevant target groups within the dental clinics (internal & external) **your profile** - Basic business training with at least 10 years of professional experience in a comparable position with managerial responsibility - Experience with proven success in building HR infrastructure, processes and products in a matrix organization - Technically broadly positioned, with a background consisting of the disciplines HR management, employer branding/recruiting, personnel and organizational development - Positive and proactive personality with excellent leadership and communication skills - Ideally, a completed change management and/or coaching training **your benefits** - **Compensation** - Attractive salary, various employee discounts, allowance for the gym, free dental treatment - **Work-life balance** - flexible working hours, home office possible - **Development** - Own budget for external training - **Workplace** - bright and modern workplaces in "Das Einstein", good connection to public transport - **Working atmosphere** - trust, respect and mutual support, great team events and company events
