We are a leading B2B research, analytics, and certification institute with a focus on economic, environmental, and social sustainability — and we’ve been doing this for over 25 years. Through the **ESG Transparency Award** and other dynamic initiatives within our fast-growing ESG division, we support companies worldwide in analysing, developing, verifying, and showcasing their sustainability performance.

To strategically drive our digital growth, we’re looking for a **Tech Lead (M/F/d)** to help build and guide a strong IT team — with a clear focus on long-term collaboration and technical excellence

**Your Responsibilities**
- Define and own the technical architecture across all backend and frontend systems (Node.js / React).
- Convert business requirements into clearly scoped technical tasks for the development team.
- Lead, coordinate, and monitor implementation by an experienced remote team of senior developers.
- Ensure high-quality code standards with a focus on performance, logging, security, and error handling.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure the stability and reliability of our production environment.
- Provide clear architectural guidelines to prevent ambiguity, avoid scope creep, and maintain consistency.
- Take active ownership of the completeness and delivery-readiness of all frontend and backend components.

**Your Tech Stack & Hard Skills**

You bring deep, hands-on expertise across the full modern development stack:

- **Backend**: Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript
- **Frontend**: React (Next.js), Ant Design, Nx
- **CI/CD & DevOps**: GitHub Actions, pnpm, Doppler
- **Databases**: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Snowflake, Neo4J
- **Infrastructure & Monitoring**: Betterstack, Winston, Docker, DigitalOcean
- **Data & AI**: DBT, Fivetran, OpenAI API
- **Design Systems**: Figma with centralized Ant Design

Strong understanding of:

- Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Clean Architecture principles
- CI/CD and DevOps best practices
