**Your playing field**:

- ** Elevate Our Brand**: Join us as an Employer Branding Specialist to shape and amplify the Tipico brand presence.
- ** Collaborative Strategy**: Work closely with talent acquisition, marketing, and communication teams to execute the dynamic Employer Branding and careers social media strategy.
- ** Content Maestro**: Manage and evolve our content portfolio and calendar, driving captivating campaigns for talent attraction and retention. Also design and develop striking visuals/pictures, graphics, and videos—that capture our brand essence.
- ** Digital Curator**: Maintain and enhance the content of our group careers websites and drive new website development when needed.
- ** Insightful Reporting**: Build reports that showcase campaign performance and brand reach, keeping business and stakeholders informed.
- ** Event Orchestrator**: Plan and coordinate engaging talent acquisition and Employer Branding events like job fairs, meet ups, and university engagements/events.

**Qualifications** Which skills should you bring to the pitch**:

- ** Qualification**:You have a university degree or comparable qualifications.
- ** Experienced**:At least 2 year of experience in employer branding or online marketing in an international environment (inhouse or agency). You know all relevant social media channels and how to plan and run campaigns.
- ** Data Driven**:You know how to read social media reports and how to gain insights out of it. You plan your content calendar and your budgets ahead to ensure a smooth content dlivery.
- ** Strong communicator**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills - You know how to manage stakeholders and partners but also how to present the company.
- ** Project Management**:Good project management and organizational skills - You plan your work ahead and deliver on time.
- ** Languages.**
- ** Fluent in German is highly desired. **As the #1 in Germany, German is in our DNA. Professional language skills are important, as well in the communication with partners as for the content creation.
- ** Very Strong knowledge of the English language. **Our team consists of more than 40 different nationalities working together to achieve Tipico's mission. English is the way we communicate within the company but also on our external social media channels.
- ** Team player**:You can be only as good as your team is and believe in teamwork.
- ** Tools**: You are a pro using the MS office tools like word, excel, powerpoint and outlook. Experience in working in the Adobe Creative suite is a plus.
