As a UX/UI Designer at justDice, your primary responsibility will be to design and develop intuitive and user-centered digital experiences that drive engagement, retention, and growth. You will work closely with the product and development teams to create visually appealing and functional interfaces that meet the needs and expectations of our users.

Tasks
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users, their needs, behaviors, and motivations
- Design and develop intuitive, user-centered, and visually appealing interfaces for our mobile apps
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to identify user needs and define user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct usability testing, user research, and analyze user feedback to validate and improve design decisions
- Ensure consistency and coherence of design elements, styles, and branding across all digital touchpoints
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI design trends, tools, and technologies, and share your knowledge with the team

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile and web apps
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, UX methodologies, and design thinking
- Ability to communicate design ideas and decisions effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus
