Local Unit & Position Description:
Our team supporting almost 50 Surveyors and 2600 customers in three countries (Austria, Germany and Switzerland).

We are looking for a Student Assistant (part time, 20 h/week) who will assist us in the Business Support Product Certification in Maritime Business Area.

Within Area Germany we are dealing with all maritime services in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

**Key responsibilities**:

- High quality customer service in maritime industry
- Order handling for various certificates
- Contracting support
- Experience in business support tasks
- Preferably interested in technical matters and willingness to acquire knowledge in the maritime sector

Position Qualifications:

- Demonstrated high level of customer focus, service and solution orientation
- Good communication skills, written and orally
- A team player with a positive attitude and reliability
- Willingness to engage in new tasks and topics
- Good MS Office skills
- Fluent German and English
