**ABOUT THE TEAM**
The Cloud Service Processes works with cloud teams to support continuous progress toward a simplified and harmonized cloud service experience. The unit builds the bridge between cloud-related development, operations, and customers.
We work on a global project to simplify and harmonize business processes and to integrate a new ITSM system throughout the whole SAP landscape. The goal is a fully integrated end-to-end IT Service Management Solution with the same technology for all ticket types by harmonizing processes for all Lines of Business based on a modern cloud architecture.

**THE ROLE**
We are looking for a Working Student (f/m/d) who enjoys assisting with varied engagement(s), project(s) and/or program(s) and interacting with other colleagues and different stakeholder SAP-wide. The main area of responsibility will be the support of our internal team with further improving of the standard processes and tools for the IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
The related tasks include, but may not be limited to:
- Creation and maintenance of work instructions documentation and enablement material for end-users,
- Project management support within the framework of program management,
- Backlog consolidation and project task handling
- Support project team with qualified advice related process and/ or tool usage and compliance,
- Continuously striving for process and tool optimization &process adoption.
This position will provide you:
- In-depth look into the Global Process Office and to be a part of the development and release of a fully integrated end-to-end IT Service Management Solution,
- Hand-on experience on global project design & implementation.
**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Preferred fields of study: Bachelor or Master students of Business, Engineering or Technology with at least 3 semesters left to finish studies.
- Beneficial: Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
- Languages: Fluent in English, with strong writing skills. German beneficial.
- Soft Skills: Curiosity, and willingness to learn about new technologies, concepts, and tools. Goal-oriented team player with excellent communication skills and able to work independently and proactive way.
