As a Repair Planner Specialist (M/F/d) you will closely work with 3rd Party machine shops and improve the supplier base. You will contribute to development of an operational plan for our own department activities of the team. You will discuss consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the organization.

As a Repair Planner Specialist (M/F/d), you will be responsible for:

- Taking ownership as focal point for all repair requests from AMO regions worldwide and communicates progress with internal customers
- Evaluating required mechanical repairs based on condition of parts, inspection reports, operational history and event-based maintenance strategy
- Defining mechanical repair steps and create repair requirements documentation
- Identifying suitable suppliers, communicating repair requirements with suppliers, requesting and evaluating quotes and placing repair orders.
- Establishing regular communications with suppliers to address technical questions, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery.
- Managing European supplier base for mechanical repair tasks in terms of supplier development
- Collaborating with internal inspectors, AMO technicians
- Communicating progress on repair processes and expected return dates to internal customers and leadership team

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have successful completed your Bachelor or Master studies in Mechanical Engineering or significant experience in a relevant area
- Have deep ability to develop within a technical mentoring environment as well as to work unrestricted
- Have excellent problem-solving skills and individually work culture.
- Have good knowledge about drilling systems and downhole tools.
- Have good understanding of technical drawings, manufacturing procedures and methods.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English
