**Your role**
- Do you know how risk is detected and prevented? Do you have a good understanding of processes within the Wealth Management or financial services firms?
- We are looking for a new colleague in our Risk Management team.
- The responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Independent evaluation, addressing and escalation of monitoring Know Your Customer / Anti-Money-Laundering related alerts
- Support of pre-defined first line of defense control execution
- Pro-active support defining policies and procedures for business related processes with respect to risk management aspects
- Managing day to day activities: problem solving, trouble shooting, issue management and communication
- Working with internal business partners (Client Advisors, 2nd and 3rd line of defense) and global teams
**Your team**
- The Business Risk Organization is responsible for the local operational Risk Management within all Wealth Management segments and works closely together with local Market staff as well as colleagues of the Group.
- Work base is Frankfurt.
**Your expertise**
- University degree in business studies and/or banking apprenticeship, ideally within Risk Management, Compliance or Audit
- Basic knowledge of financial services processes and relevant risk topics
- Passion for efficient, timely and professional delivery of pragmatic and practicable solutions
- Partnership approach with a high degree of collaboration across teams
- Self-starter who is able to work both independently and within a team
- Strong communication skills - ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions
- Analytical & capable of presenting & interpreting information to support senior decision making
- Strong MS Office suite of products including PowerPoint, Excel, MS tools and basic database management
- Fluent in German and English. Additional basic Italian, Spanish and/or Portuguese highly welcome
