Ensure the commercial priorities of the Standard Generics platform are clearly represented to STO to optimize our supply network (both in-house and ESO) and decide supply allocations to deliver maximum financial return to Sandoz. **Your key responsibilities**: Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: - Constantly communicate business needs & priorities to STO to make sure the network strategy is aligned and optimal supply allocations/trade-offs are made - Represent the platform in S&OP meetings, providing priorities across the regions - Act as the single point of contact for all STO teams in strategic matters, where commercial input and alignment with Sandoz leadership is needed - Maintain close contact with Procurement and ESO to actively contribute to external supplier evaluations and key agreement terms; with Regional Supply Chain teams to drive supply allocation decisions and trade-offs that maximize enterprise value **Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion**: - Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse team’s representative of the patients and communities we serve._ **Minimum requirements** **What you’ll bring to the role**: - University degree in business, natural sciences, engineering or related field - English (preferably plus one other language) - Strong supply-chain and demand management background/expertise, > 5 years experience - Strong understanding of manufacturing and value chain, particularly for Standard Generics - Strong understanding of the commercial models and channels in priority markets **You’ll receive**: (optional) Competitive salary; Performance based annual bonus; Work/life integration; Eligible to Sandoz pension plan; 30 working days' holiday per calendar year; Subsidised on-site cafeteria; Free shuttle bus between Sandoz and Holzkirchen train station; Additional benefits. **Division** SANDOZ **Business Unit** COO SZ **Country** Germany **Work Location** Holzkirchen (near Munich) **Company/Legal Entity** Sandoz International **Functional Area** Marketing **Job Type** Full Time **Employment Type** Regular **Shift Work** No **Early Talent** No
