**These are your tasks**: - You are responsible for the line & professional management of the System Integration Cabin team - You are responsible for the planning, coordination and provision of the necessary capacities and skills, as well as the integration of internal and external development service providers. - You support the objectives of the department and you are responsible for the execution of team targets including the initialization and implementation of improvement measures. - Establishing and further developing of standards, processes, methods and tools within the area of responsibility based on the team KPIs are also part of your tasks. - Further development and motivation of employees. **Who we are looking for**: - You have a successfully completed university degree in electrical engineering or natural sciences or a successfully completed technical degree in a STEM field or comparable qualification. - You have sound professional experience in the development & integration of electrical equipment as well as with oxygen systems and are familiar with the regulatory requirements (CS-25/FAR Part 25, Do-160, DO-254) with a focus on ATA Chapters 92 and 35. - You have extensive knowledge and skills in managing, motivating and developing employees (> 3 years). - You promote teamwork as well as open and constructive communication between employees. - You have strong project management skills and experience in budget planning and resource management. - Work location: Laupheim - Job Level: - Management - Working mode: On-site - Working time: Full time - Employment contract: permanent - Division: Diehl Aviation - Start: Immediately **These are your potential benefits**: - Professional and personal development - Company pension - Company health management - Employee discounts **Achieve what matters, with Diehl.**: - Magdalena Traub Am Flugplatz, 88471 Laupheim Tel: +49 7392 703-2592
