**Your Tasks**:

- Grow, Develop and Lead our Observability Team.
- Be responsible for the design, build and operations of our Observability Tooling and Platforms.
- Create an Observability strategy and roadmap, meeting the requirements of the business.
- Advocate for and evangalise the principles for strong Observabilty.
- Build relationships with our product teams to align and ensure commality across the business.
- Encourage an automation \\ code first approach to everything you do.

**We Appreciate**:

- Strong technical background in Engineering, DevOps or SRE.
- Experience of leading and developing fully remote teams.
- Experience of full stack, multi site solutions, running platforms and services at scale.
- Excellent stakeholder, influencing and communication skills.
- Demonstrable experience of implementing modern observability tooling into a complex environment.
