Ingredion is looking for a strategic digital leader to drive the transformation of global supply chain and operations processes. This role combines architecture, project delivery, and innovation to implement scalable solutions that increase efficiency and business value.

**Your Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**
- Lead digital technology projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery of high-impact solutions
- Oversee architecture, design, testing, and implementation aligned with business and quality standards

**Portfolio Assessment & Analysis**
- Evaluate and optimize the software landscape based on performance, relevance, and alignment with business goals
- Develop strategic roadmaps and define KPIs to guide standardization and continuous improvement

**Vendor Management, Procurement & Financials**
- Collaborate on vendor selection, licensing, and budgeting to ensure commercial alignment and value delivery
- Monitor contracts and financial impact of software and system investments

**Stakeholder Collaboration**
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into digital strategies in alignment with internal teams and external partners
- Ensure cross-functional coordination and executive stakeholder buy-in

**Training, Support & Risk Management**
- Guide and mentor teams, support change management and system adoption, and ensure solution compliance with internal and external standards
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout implementation

**Innovation & Continuous Improvement**
- Track emerging technologies and trends to recommend scalable improvements
- Foster a culture of innovation and digital maturity across supply chain and operations

**Qualification Required**:

- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Strong experience in supply chain technologies such as SAP, MES, Blue Yonder, Aspen, or Infor

- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a global setting
