- Own the full recruitment cycle across a variety of functions, across our different offices in Europe (Munich HQ, Krakow, Madrid, London, Vienna)
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and design sourcing strategies that deliver
- Write job ads that _actually_ make people want to apply
- Use data to guide decision-making, measure success, and continuously improve
- Act as a brand ambassador—telling our story in a way that resonates with top talent

**Qualifications**
- Experience in end-to-end recruiting (in-house or agency—we’re open)
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative mindset
- You’re proactive, organized, and love working at pace
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
