**The Role**

As a working student in our CTO Office, you'll be a versatile contributor supporting various operational and strategic initiatives. This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll gain exposure to multiple aspects of running a technology startup while directly supporting our CTO. You'll work on everything from IT infrastructure and system administration to business development research and process improvement projects.

**What you’ll do**
- **IT Operations & Support**: Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, handle employee onboarding/offboarding for technical access, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure our systems run smoothly and securely.
- **Business Development Support**: Research potential partners and customers, prepare market analysis reports, support BD meetings and presentations, and help identify new business opportunities.
- **Technical Research**: Investigate new technologies, tools, and industry trends that could benefit our product and operations. Prepare technical PoCs and recommendations.
- **Process Automation & Improvement**: Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated, implement workflow improvements, create documentation, and help streamline operational processes.
- **Development Support**: Assist with coding tasks when needed, including scripting for automation, simple updates, or testing support.
- **Administrative Support**: Help with various CTO office tasks including project coordination, meeting preparation, and initiatives support.

**What you’ll bring**
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field).
- Comprehensive technical skills and familiarity with common IT tools and systems.
- Interest in learning about:

- System administration and IT infrastructure;
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar);
- Safety-critical environments, like defense;
- Business development and market research.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to take on diverse challenges.
- Ability to work 16-20 hours per week alongside your studies.

**Nice to haves**
- Previous experience with startups or tech companies (internships, projects, etc.).
- Familiarity with automation tools and workflows.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
- Interest in defense technology, aerospace, or autonomous systems.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
