**Customer Service Employee (M/F/d)****:
Location: Gdynia, Poland

**Your role**:

- You will be assigned to look after a defined customer base
- You will increase and maintain client relationships through telephone support together with your external sales colleagues
- You will clarify orders and complaints
- You will use your sales talent and excellent communication skills

**Your qualifications**:

- You have customer service experience, ideally on the electronics industry with a component distributor or an electronics component manufacturer
- You are a good team player and have strong interpersonal skills
- You have strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
- You have a good command of Microsoft Office and you are fluent in English
