Senior Legal Counsel

**Tasks**:
- You will be responsible for counselling business operations in Germany and across Europe by providing proactive, professional, competent, cost-effective, and creative legal support.
- To work with multiple functional teams in a fast scaling organisation, you'll need to bring negotiation and writing abilities, as well as business savvy.
- You will work with the company's regional and local business executives (Germany, UK, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, Finland, Serbia, etc.) as well as supporting departments (Finance, Admin& HR) to advise on legal risks, business strategy, compliance, and regulatory concerns.
- In addition to your day job, you will be expected to work individually as well as as part of other teams and to take on initiatives.
- This position necessitates sound judgement, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Knowledge of competition law, data protection legislation, consumer rights law, business law, and labour law is required.
**Requirements**:
- Fully qualified lawyer with a minimum of three years PQE obtained in law firms or as a legal counsel in a respectable corporation.
- A focus on results and customer satisfaction, as well as a commitment to ongoing improvement.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Good business judgement and the capacity to assess genuine practical risk. Travel is required on occasion to discuss with internal or external customers.
- Proficient business English, native German speaker
