**Your responsibilities**:
Support the global marketing by tag teaming the daily to-do list and assisting with execution of global marketing activities to help generate demand markets.
- Execution support of tradeshows
- Management and tracking of Marketing invoices
- new vendor set up
- Creation as well as optimization and revising of marketing documents (flyers, presentations, etc.)
- Reporting of online marketing results
- Ownership of promotional materials program, including selection, ordering, and fullfilment support
- Provide general marketing support and coordination to internal stakeholders
- Continuous data maintenance in Salesforce
**Your profile**:
- Continuing studies in business administration, ideally with a focus on marketing or comparable qualification
- Willingness to observe, learn and impart knowledge
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
- Innovative, creative, and results oriented
- Willingness to learn and general understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Intermediate to fluent English skills
