Business Excellence Specialist

**Project Management**:Your are responsible for coordinating and supporting strategic projects within our three Business Excellence pillars (international expansion, internal excellence and management support and communication). You will ensure the project success through goal-oriented project management and the implementation of standards. Further you will take on partial responsibility for certrain project related topics including success control.

**Stakeholder Management**:As a part of the Business Excellence team you will take over an interface function between department heads, directors and INVERTO's top management and work closely together with them. You will report and work directly with the Head of Business Excellence.

**Strategic Development**: You will develop qualitative and quantitative analyses and prepare the basis for decisions for the different departments and the management board. Further you will assist with preperations and follow ups of board meetings and support in developing strategic topics.

**Coordination of the Business Ecellence team**: Furthermore you will take over the planning and implementation of team meetings and calls.

**VERY WICHTIG FÜR UNS.**:
You have a successfully completed a **degree in the field of Economics or Business Administration and have 3-5 years of professional working experience e.g. in Project Management. **Prior experience in IT project management or process optimization is a plus.

You are an **expert in the field of project management and strategic thinking,** preferably you gained your experience in an international environment.

You **pay high attention to detail and are able to work independently**. You are well-organised and like to take responsibility in a highly professional and engaged team.

You have a high level of **analytical skills coupled with the ability to successfully work in fast-paced environments.**

You have strong **language skills in English and German**.
