**TASKS WITH IMPACT**
The Store Format & Design Team leads the global Douglas visual merchandising strategy, orchestrating the transformation of Douglas stores across Europe creating an unparalleled shopping experience.

We are looking for a highly motivated Teamlead Visual Merchandising to establish our Global Visual Merchandising team. This role plays a significant role in achieving the overarching goal of Douglas Brand consistency across all stores. Are you enthusiastic about developing the overall global visual merchandising strategy and creating “wow moments” in translating our marketing toolboxes into store? A great team is waiting for you
- You develop a comprehensive global Visual Merchandising strategy and translate it into guiding principles. Additionally, you are responsible for the continuous development of the Visual Merchandising area.
- You develop and design branded furniture and Visual Merchandising elements for our Corporate Brands in collaboration with agencies and shopfitters, translating them into corresponding guidelines.
- You translate global marketing campaigns into POS (Point of Sale) materials and develop a global POS marketing calendar as well as seasonal VM guidelines.
- You ensure standardization and centralized procurement of VM elements and lead the establishment and implementation of an international materials shop.
- You ensure the implementation of global VM guidelines and seasonal campaigns in countries, significantly contributing to a consistent brand appearance for Douglas.
- You lead the global VM team professionally and disciplinarily, and you are responsible for building an effective organization within your team, introducing efficient digital processes, and closely collaborating with various departments as well as VM managers in the countries.

**YOUR SKILLS**
- You hold a university degree in Marketing or similar or have completed an apprenticeship in Visual Merchandising.
- You have more than 5-7 years of professional experience in the global VM field, ideally with substantial experience in a managerial position.
- Eager to work with technical teams as well as creatives to deliver ambitious briefs with a realistic approach. (Able to strike the right balance between budget, time, and quality requirements).
- You are a Detail driven and problem solver. Capable of following up on multiple projects and working through challenging timelines.
- Your profound understanding of the global retail VM market and your keen sense of trends and our customers distinguish you.
- You possess excellent communication and presentation skills and are fluent in English.
- You are proficient in use of Office program suite
- Willingness to travel and occasional store visits within Europe (day trips).
