**THE ROLE & THE TEAM**:
We are seeking a world-class leader who seamlessly blends technical expertise with business acumen. This individual must be a strong team player, adept at managing and leading within matrix organizations while collaborating extensively across multiple units—working closely with DTC/the brands on one side and product and development teams on the other. At the same time, we are looking for an inspirational leader who can enable teams, foster a culture of positivity, and drive impact, collaboration, accountability, and commitment.

As a pioneer in the marketplace business, Tradebyte continues to push innovation and remains the European market leader in marketplace integrations. Marketplaces are a cornerstone of Tradebyte’s business model. The key responsibilities for the VP Marketplaces & Ecosystems include identifying, acquiring, and integrating new marketplaces, managing and scaling the existing portfolio of approximately 100 marketplaces, building added-value services, and strengthening our ecosystem. Additionally, ensuring a steady pipeline of new brand recommendations from marketplaces and the ecosystem will be a critical focus.

This role sits at the intersection of technology and sales, representing the entire value chain for our marketplace customers. It requires close collaboration with product and tech teams to define new integrations and outline roadmaps that enhance Tradebyte’s performance on existing marketplaces.

**WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)**:

- Marketplaces NewBiz: Identifying and winning new marketplaces and defining a business case and to ensure we succeed by delivering it;
- Giant marketplace: 3 Dedicated Heads of Marketplaces report directly to the VP, taking care of Zalando, Amazon and AY/Otto.
- Other marketplaces & consulting: Team leading all remaining marketplaces, as well as consulting unit
- Marketplace Tech and integrations: Technical Account management and two teams in charge of custom and standard integration
- Ecosystems: Teams creating a vibrant ecosystem of partners such as Shopify and others

**WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF**:

- You have proven leadership skills; track record to lead and transform large organisations;
- You bring experience to manage tech organisations
- You have strong business acumen & customer focus
- You bring 5-10 years of experience in SaaS or ECommerce
- Negotiation and presentation skills are your top skills
