**The Role**:
We’re seeking a passionate and client-focused Part-Time Sales Associate (16 hours per week) to join our Bicester Village boutique. You will represent the Eleventy brand, delivering exceptional service and styling advice.

**What You’ll Do**:
- Welcome and engage clients, providing warm hospitality and personalised service.- Offer styling advice and share brand knowledge to inspire clients.- Drive individual and store sales by building strong client relationships.- Support day-to-day operations, including stock management, merchandising, and fitting room assistance.- Maintain high standards of visual presentation in line with Eleventy’s luxury image.- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and store goals.
Qualifikationen:
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Previous retail or customer service experience, ideally within fashion or luxury.- Passion for style, Italian craftsmanship, and delivering memorable client experiences.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- A results-driven mindset with attention to detail.- A team player with a flexible and proactive approach.- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
