**What you'll do**
We are looking for a smart, quality conscious student in the field of communications, technical writing, languages, or informatics to support us in the daily work of designing, editing and delivering documentation and multimedia deliverables for different topics.
You will:
- Get an introduction to the DITA methodology and learn how to use our content management system.
- Gain experience of writing and editing guides and other deliverables that describe our software products.
- Opportunities to create content of different types: videos, graphics, blogposts, social media posts.
- Participation in the latest trends in UA, such as AI and machine learning.
**What you bring**
- Preferred fields of study: Technical Writing, Media and Communication
- Computer skills: XML, MS Office, Wikis, Graphic or Multimedia tools
- Distinctive analytical skills and the ambition to familiarize with our software products
- Language requirements: Excellent written and spoken skills in English, German is a plus
- Structuring skills: Advanced writing and structuring skills
- Interest in learning: How to create videos, author blogs, newsletters, manage communities, graphics, or multimedia assets
**Meet your Team**
If you are interested in working closely with software development teams and giving our users the best possible experience by providing excellent English documentation in our user and programming guides, then come and join our team.
Our user assistance teams works on documentation and deliverables for ABAP Cloud, the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Mode,l or Core Data Services.
