**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct literature research on various surface pretreatment methods for adhesive bonding processes on thermoplastic composites
- Compare different methods in terms of adhesion promotion, manufacturing process integration, cost efficiency, and sustainability
- Perform practical testing using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Conduct statistical evaluation of test results
- Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate findings into manufacturing processes
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on research findings

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with adhesive bonding processes and thermoplastic composites is a plus.
- Experience with statistical analysis and testing methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
