Beschreibung: - **We are Orion Engineered Carbons and „We know black“** For our location in Eschborn (Frankfurt) we are happy to welcome a new team member - **CBO Operations (M/F/d)** ***Your duties** - Compile CBO purchase ordersand contracts, through SAP, ensuring compliance with the respective spot deals/contracts negotiated incl. communication towards the suppliers - Verify the correctness of supplier’s sales acknowledgements & clarify deviations - Responsibility for the CBO vessel approval - Monitor delivery dates(order tracing). Verify the correctness of all documents necessary, clarify deviations with suppliers, Distribution of documents, processing of quality claims - Process the CBO related logistics, e.g.: Verify conditions in the charter parties, compile voyage order and transport insurance documents, monitor the voyage, calculate and handle demurrage claims,release of demurrage calculations & payments - Calculation of index-based prices, validate prices on supplier’s invoices - Responsibility for releasing CBO price calculations incl. communication towards the supplier - Responsibility to draft and process guarantee bonds for CBO purchases - Maintenance of CBO relevant data bases, e.g.: SAP, CBO purchase report, CBO contracts, Demurrage report, CBO quality, etc. - Prepare and send out the CBO purchase planning for the NWC-/cash flow forecast - Monitor termination dates of CBO contracts to comply with the OEC’s DoA process - Responsible Sarbanes-Oxley Control owner. Assume the self-reliant responsibility in the respective SOX effectiveness testing sessions with auditors(e.g. KPMG and Ernst & Young) - Ensure compliance with the Global Code of Conduct, Procurement Policy and Practices - Responsible for the data maintenance required for CBO Quality Management **Your profile** - Commercial apprenticeship (industrial clerk or comparable) with an additional education: e.g. "Specialist for purchasing/materials management IHK"; otherwise 4-6 years of work experience - Experience in purchase order processing in a manufacturing company - Experience in processing sea, truck & railcar shipments would be preferred - Strong communication and relationship skills - Fluent English, all other language is an asset - Flexible, entrepreneurial and hands-on mentality **Our benefits** - Salary according to the chemical tariff + profit sharing + employer-funded pension - Flexible working time models - 37.5 hours/week, 30 vacation days - Medical care from our company medical service, e.g. flu vaccinations, physiotherapy and check-ups - Good supply - food subsidy in our company restaurant - Individual development opportunities - Corporate events - anniversary celebrations, sporting events e.g. B2Run run and our epic carnival session If there is no special notice, all positions are open to male, female and diverse applicants in the sense of the TzBfG.
