Let’s do it together You'll be working with **Elaine Hladik**, our Head of Growth. **What you’ll do as our Growth Marketing Associate (M/F/d)** - ** - ** AI-Driven Workflows**: Integrate AI agents into your daily work to streamline content creation, A/B testing, performance tracking, and workflow automation. - ** Content Creation**: Develop gated content such as whitepapers, case studies, and guides—leveraging AI tools to enhance speed and quality. - ** ABX Collaboration**: Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to design and run Account-Based Experience (ABX) campaigns. - ** Performance Optimization**: Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and iterate continuously to maximize marketing ROI. - ** Day-to-Day Tasks**: - Creating and managing content for our blog, social media, and knowledge pieces for the campaigns. - Building AI agents to (at least partly) automate content creation and workflows across channels. - Plan and manage webinars, virtual events, and conference activations end-to-end. - Build ABX account lists and track outreach progress. **What Does "Success" Look Like Early On?** - Deeply understanding the market and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) - grasp our target group and their pain points as the base for everything else. - Confidently building AI agents and creating campaign assets and LinkedIn content (for our company account) with them. - Demonstrating initiative in improving workflows or campaigns. **REQUIREMENTS**: - Recently completed a degree in marketing, business, or related fields. - 2-3 years of experience in a SaaS company. - Enthusiastic, fast learner, and highly proactive. - Strong written communication skills in English; bonus points for German or additional languages. - Proficient in using AI agents and tools to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency. - Analytical mindset; comfortable iterating fast based on performance data. - Tech We Use: HubSpot, LinkedIn (Campaign Manager + Sales Nav), AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini), Canva/Figma, Zapier. **BENEFITS**: - ** Full Autonomy**: Be able to execute a defined task or campaign component independently (once scoped), not setting strategic direction.
