We are looking for a highly motivated and open-minded student intern, who is willing to work on a wide range of projects to support the Global Change and Project Management Team within Global People Strategy & Transformation.

Global Change and Project Management is responsible for designing and implementing our new center of excellence for people, culture, and transformational change and project management practices within the Global Human Resources (HR) division.

**Your Job**
- Support our team with strategic HR global initiatives
- Use your editorial skills for our internal and external communication channels - such as Intranet, Yammer, LinkedIn - in English and German
- Participate actively in research about current and innovative people and cultural trends
- Prepare convincing and coherent data, presentations and information for different stakeholders

**Your Profile**
- You are a student of social sciences, economics or humanities, ideally completed Bachelor’s degree
- You are strongly interested in the areas of change and project management and people strategy
- You are highly motivated and able to work under your own initiative and within global a team
- You are flexible and resilient to work simultaneously on diverse topics and projects
- You have an open and communicative style
- You have excellent knowledge of the English and German language to communicate with the team and to assist with internal and external communication

Students from countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit.
