Junior Photographer

We are looking for a Photographer / Retoucher to join our Brand Creative Team at our Berlin Office. The Highsnobiety Brand Creative Team always strives in producing work that is considered and speaks to our audience, clients and collaborators.

**YOUR MISSION**:

- Shooting PDP imagery with the stylist for our commerce platform within a team
- Post-production of imagery for our commerce platform
- Lighting Assistant and DigiTech Support for campaign based editorial and commerce shoots (when needed)
- Take care of the color management workflow processes keeping the color consistency (screen calibration, camera profiling, etc.)
- Manage multiple projects and corresponding release deadlines

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in shooting PDP for E-Commerce
- Previous experience in a photo studio and with equipment
- High proficiency in color management and retouching using Mac OS X, Adobe Creative Suite incl. Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge, Capture One, Mac and Google environments
- Strong competency in setting up lighting, digitech and Canon camera system.
- An understanding and constant consideration of Highsnobiety visual language, audience and clients
- Interest and knowledge of fashion, music, design and most importantly street culture
- Accustomed to working in a team and lead projects
- Strong organizational and asset management/archiving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and remain focused/professional during high volume production periods.
- Proficient in English (German is helpful, but not a must)
