Job Description:

**Summary**:
**Essential Functions**:
Ihre neuen Aufgaben in unserem Team
- Vertretung der Abteilungsleitung bei Abwesenheit (technische Themen)
- Koordination der Prozessbetreuung in der Abteilung
- Mitwirkung bei Engineering-Projekten
- Selbständige Durchführung von Projekten zur Qualität
- und Automatisierungsoptimierung (LEAN, Shainin)
- Organisation und Mitarbeit bei Überwachung der Betriebseinrichtungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung der Anlagen im nasschemischen Bereich
- Termingerechte, kostenoptimale Erfüllung der vorgegebenen Fertigungsaufträge gemäß den Qualitätsanforderungen
- Weiterentwicklung der Prozessfähigkeit und der 7S-Philosophie
- Praktische Umsetzung der konzeptiven Produkt
- und Prozessvarianten bis zur Serienreife
- Umsetzung und Sicherstellung der Firmenphilosophie
- Umsetzung der im Unternehmen geltenden Regeln und Normen im Bereich / Abteilung
- Berücksichtigung von Umweltaspekten

**Qualifications**:
Was wir von Ihnen erwarten:

- Facharbeiter (m/w/d) im elektrotechnischen
- oder mechatronischen Bereich; vorzugsweise Mechatroniker (m/w/d) mit Weiterbildung zum Meister / Techniker / Ingenieur (m/w/d)
