Are you familiar with different media and platforms and a good sense of how to implement your creative ideas accordingly? **IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:

- ** Idea Generation**: Lead brainstorming sessions and utilize creative thinking techniques to develop original, innovative concepts for advertising campaigns, branding projects, digital content, and more.
- ** Insights**: Translate insights into creative strategies that drive campaign objectives while ensuring a cohesive vision and message across all campaign elements.
- ** Concept Presentation**: Articulate and present concepts to internal teams and clients, demonstrating how your ideas meet the brief and achieve strategic goals. Provide clear rationales and adapt concepts based on feedback.
- ** Teamwork**: Collaboration is your star sign - you'll work closely with copywriters, art directors, designers and other team members to bring concepts to life and make our clients happy.
- ** Project Development**: Oversee the development of concepts from ideation to execution, ensuring creative integrity and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- ** Client Interaction**: Engage with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and constraints. Act as a creative consultant, offering innovative solutions and adjustments to concepts as needed.
- ** Continuous Learning**: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative tools. Incorporate new ideas and techniques into your creative approach to keep the agency at the forefront of innovation.

**TO SUCCEED YOU NEED**:

- You have at least two years of experience in previous creative roles in an agency or similar
- You are competent in the use of programs like Powerpoint, Keynote, Google Slides, etc.
- The gaming industry is your second home and you have a deep knowledge of important persons, events and products
- Your English language skills are very good
- Your portfolio is up-to-date, showcasing your creative endeavors
- Coming to the office around three times a week is no problem for you

**EVEN BETTER IF**:

- Esports and gaming is your passion
- Particularly, you are deeply versed in the League of Legends universe
- Your German language skills are good to very good
- You are proficient in Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro
