The position is to be filled as part of a **direct placement**. This means that you will receive a **permanent position directly with the client company**.

**Start date: ASAP**

**This is how your day could look like**
- Processing of full payroll cycle for more than 30 EU employees;
- Process, analyze and validate vacation and sick time accruals, benefit deductions, garnishments, new hire information, changes, terminations, bonuses, retirement, taxes;
- Manage monthly and quarterly commissions calculations and ensure data accuracy and timely processing of commission statements and payouts;
- Perform basic payroll audit functions and respond to complex and sensitive employee inquiries around payroll and commissions with discretion;
- Process accurate and timely year end reporting;
- Other duties as assigned.

**Your wealth of experience**
- At least 1 year experience in payroll, accounting and/or bookkeeping;
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred;
- Attention to detail, organized working method, multi-tasking in a fast paced work environment;
- Excellent Excel, strong communication and analytical skills;
- Knowledge of local payroll processing laws and regulations;
- Fluent English and German is a must, further European languages are a big plus.
