Isar Experts is a highly specialized recruitment consultancy focusing on HR and payroll positions in Munich and the surrounding area. We are currently looking for a dedicated Senior Payroll Specialist - German Payroll (M/F/d), in a permanent position, who will be mainly responsible for the payroll for our client in the manufacturing industry, in cooperation with an external payroll provider. The internationally renowned company is located west of Munich City.

Your responsibilities:

- Processing payroll for the company's employees in cooperation with a specialized external german payroll provider.
- Processing reports and communicating with external bodies such as authorities, social security institutions and tax offices in cooperation with your team.
- Attending the monthly coordination meetings with the finance department.
- Support with the annual financial statements and one of the contact persons for social security and tax audits.
- Maintaining and checking employee master data and transaction data in the payroll system, including company pension plans, taxation of company cars, travel expense issues.
- Taking on administrative tasks in the area of payroll accounting and time management.

Additional Tasks:

- As a part of your multinational team you will take part in projects and tasks like preparing HR reports, salary benchmark reports and working with your Team members on comp&ben issues.

**Requirements**:

- You fully meet the legal requirements to work in Germany (valid work permit) and are willing to work on site in Munich.
- Professional experience in payroll processing. (Mandatory requirement).
- Good knowledge of tax, social security and labor law.
- Experience in the area of compensation and benefits would be a plus.
- Fluency in Englisch.
