**Job Description**:
The Project Management Specialist is expected to:

- Create projects objectives, budgets, and schedules with the senior project manager's oversight.
- Monitor and document project progress to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Regularly provide feedback on the projects’ development to the senior management.
- Independently handle complex technical data and ensure its correctness.
- Delegate tasks and resources to guarantee the project is delivered according to plan.
- Closely cooperate with different departments in Europe and China to work on the project together.
- Assess risks and adjust mitigation actions, propose corrective actions, contribute to the optimization of working processes within the team.
- Motivate team members and other project stakeholders for transparent cooperation within the project framework.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, electrical engineering or similar.
- Minimum of two-year experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator or similar.
- High technical understanding and an ability to grapple with complex technical data.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English. Other European language such as German, Spanish, Italian or Chinese is a plus.
- Experience in the EV market is plus.
- Structured and analytical approach to working tasks.
- Ability and willingness to travel across Europe.
- Driving licence, category B.
- Ability to easily adapt to an intercultural working atmosphere.
