Diese Position ist ideal für alle Kollegen, die nach erster (einschlägiger) Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Vertragsrechts ihre Expertise bei einem innovativen, zukunftsträchtigen Unternehmen einbringen wollen.
Setup
Unser Kunde ist ein international tätiges Pharmaunternehmen, das eine Position im Bereich Contract Management aufstocken möchte.
Aufgaben
Sie sind Ansprechpartner für alle Vertragsthemen in den Bereichen Forschung und Entwicklung und beraten hier sowohl die Fachabteilungen als auch den Vertrieb. Sie verhandeln nicht nur entsprechende Verträge, sondern arbeiten auch eng mit dem Bereich Business Development zusammen, insbesondere auch im Hinblick auf mögliche vertragliche Risiken. Darüber hinaus beinhaltet diese Position auch eine enge Abstimmung mit dem Bereich Projektmanagement.
Ihr Profil
Sie sind Volljurist oder Wirtschaftsjurist und bringen mindestens drei Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich des (internationalen) Vertragsrechts aus Kanzlei und/oder Unternehmen mit. Sie konnten dabei auch bereits Erfahrung in der Pharmabranche sammeln.
Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Commercial und Gesellschaftsrecht sind ebenfalls von Vorteil; verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse sind aufgrund der Internationalität ein Muss.
